Join us July 13 to buy and sell some great magic! We will be in the Carswell Concert Hall, located at Wainwright Music Building, 3800 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC. This is the same building as our general meetings.

What to Know if You are Selling

  • ✓ Arrive early as check-in can bottle-neck.
  • ✓ Upon check-in you will be given a number. This is both your Buyer and Seller Number.
  • ✓ Label each item with your number, value, and starting bid amount.
  • ✓ Minimum starting bid on all items is $5.00.
  • ✓ Direct Sale Table available for items valued at or under $10.00.
  • ✓ Remain with your table during viewing to demonstrate items and answer questions.

To Enhance Your Item's Value:

  • ▸ Seller Lot Number plainly marked
  • ▸ Full Effect Description and Manufacturer/Author
  • ▸ Catalog description printed and attached
  • ▸ Original Retail Value (if known)
  • ▸ Minimum Acceptable Bid

What to Know if You are Buying

  • ✓ Examine all items before bidding starts! Viewing opens 30 minutes prior.
  • ✓ You'll receive a unique bidder number at check-in.
  • ✓ Cash is preferred. We accept personal checks and credit/debit cards.
  • ✓ $35.00 service charge for returned checks.

💰 15% Commission

The RMC Treasury retains a 15% commission on all auction and direct sales.

🚫 No Private Sales

No private sales allowed at auction tables. All sales must go through RMC Treasury.

📝 Account Settlement

Accounts may only be settled during breaks and at the end of the auction.
