What to know if you are Selling:

Arrive early as check-in can bottle-neck.

Upon check-in you will be given a number. This is both your Buyer and Seller Number. You will also be given labels. Please label each of your items with your number.

You will be assigned a table on which you may display your items (don’t forget to label!). Sellers should remain with their tables during the viewing to demonstrate items and answer questions. This will enhance sales and keep the auction from bogging down. This is also when our auctioneers and runners are able to ask questions to best sell your items.

The minimum starting bid on all items is $5.00. Sellers are asked to bundle lesser-valued auction items into bundles with a starting value of $5.00 or more.

A DIRECT SALE TABLE will be available for items valued under $5.00.

These items will not be auctioned and will be sold AT THE PRICE MARKED.

Mark all Direct Sale Items with your Seller’s Number and Price.

To avoid distractions, Direct Sale Items may be purchased only before the auction starts, during auctioneer breaks, and at the end of the auction.

The table will be covered and off limits when the auction begins or restarts.

To enhance the potential value of your item or bundle, please provide the auctioneer with:

Seller Lot Number plainly marked on each item or bundle.

Original Retail Value (If Known)

What to know if you are buying:

Buyers are STRONGLY encouraged to closely examine all items on the tables before the bidding starts! Viewing opens 30 minutes prior to Auction Kick-Off. Feel free to use this time to ask Sellers questions about items.

Upon Check-In you will be given a unique bidder number. Arrive early to allow time to check-in before Viewing opens.

Cash is preferred. We will accept personal checks and credit/debit cards.

We Cannot Accept Second-Party Checks, or Counter Checks.

A $35.00 service charge will be added to any check returned unpaid for any reason.
What to know EVERYONE, Buying, Selling, or Attending:

All Bids are Binding! All Sales are Final! All Auction and Direct Sale Items are sold As-Is!

The Auctioneer is the full and final authority regarding competing and winning bids. Their decision is final.

The Ring #199 Treasury retains a 15% commission on all auction and direct sales.

No fee is collected for unsold items.
-
All items become the property of the auction once carried into the building.
-
No Private Sales are Allowed at Auction Tables.
-
Items revert to the property of the Buyer or Seller upon completion of the auction.
-
Buyers and Sellers must open an account at the start of the auction.
-
Accounts may only be settled during breaks and at the end of the auction.
-
Payment in full for all items purchased is required at the close of the auction.

Printed receipts will be provided for purchases and sales.
